- Claim filing indicator may not be blank (2000B_SBR_09 subscriber information)
Make sure ALL carriers (not just the one you are billing) for that patient have a Claim Filing Indicator field with a value in the Carriers | Auxiliary Info Box.
- Right-click on the claim error, click View Case, then select Policies tab.
- Select first policy and right-click Open Carrier.
- Check for Claim Filing Indicator in the Aux Info box.
Repeat for all policies in the case.
