There are a number of options for Visit Numbers that you can use on your forms. In the Auto Fill section on the left-hand side.
Attended Visits
Actual number of attended visits total for case (NEW Function as of 11/2018) have to be at version: 4.5.78 or higher to use this.
Visit Number
The number assigned when the visit is charged (has to do with EPS) can be out of order if the visit is charged out of order.
Visits Last 30 Days
Only visits in the last 30 days (does not count current visit) This was our default (historically) for our stock forms, and what we recommended in the past.
Visits Missed
All missed visits (no-show & cancels)
Visits Prior
Same as Visit Number only does not include the current visit.
