Prior to the Front Office Q&A, the following steps should be completed by all participants:
- Create a full case for a fake patient, including:
- Add a Referring Doctor
- Add an Account Type
- Add a Service Type
- Add an Estimated Payment Schedule (EPS)
- Add a Prescription
- Add a Policy, including a policy Visit Limit
- Schedule at least one visit
- Move a visit, using the Delete option
- Cancel a visit, selecting a Cancel Reason
- Copy a visit and Schedule it for 3 different visits
- Check-in at least two visits
- Enter a patient payment from the Schedule
Helpful Tip! Try reproducing a former patient’s complete information to make this process simpler, changing names and other PHI.
