The Attachments tab allows users to access all documents for the selected case. These files may be Visit or Case forms from the Therapist, or they may be scanned-in documents, such as drivers license and insurance cards from the front office. Any file that is on the computer can be attached to a case.
The Attachments grid works like a standard Grid report.
Any file on the computer may be attached to the case and will appear under the Documents category.
- If therapists dictate their notes, and these notes are in Microsoft® Word format, then it is possible to attach the file and later retrieve it.
Please note that if you retrieve a document and make changes to it, it will need to be reattached to the case in order for the changes to be saved.
Forms are part of the Therapist Documentation system and consist of Visit Forms and Case Forms. You can add Case forms here, but Visit forms may only be added from the Schedule or Therapist Charge Entry.
It is possible to scan images directly into the case. These images will appear under the scanned category.
