In Fusion Enterprise:
- Click Administration then select Therapist & Resource Schedules.
- Select a Therapist or Resource from the Resource list and click Edit.
- Set the number of weeks the rotation should be.
NOTE: Most cases will be for a one-week rotation; however, if a therapist’s schedule has a two or three-week pattern, select accordingly.
- Using the Clinic Dropdown List, Select the clinic at which the therapist is to be scheduled.
- Select Hour Type in the dropdown.
- Click and drag the mouse over the days and hours to paint the therapist’s schedule onto the dialog.
- Selecting none under the Clinic List will allow you to erase portions of the schedule.
Schedule intervals begin and end on five-minute boundaries; i.e., 8:00, 8:05, 8:10, etc. The Cell Size dropdown list can be used to control the schedule grid cell size. It is simply a display feature and has no effect on the schedule.
- Selecting none under the Clinic List will allow you to erase portions of the schedule.

Set the date that the schedule is to take effect into the Effective Date box and click OK.
The schedule will be entered into the system from the Effective Date out for the foreseeable future. As time moves on, Clinic Controller will use the current effective schedule to continue adding to the schedule book.NOTE: Only the Administrator can change the schedule for a date earlier than today since those types of changes are not reversible.
Schedule Tick Marks
Schedule tick marks are added or removed by Right-clicking at the point you want a mark and selecting Toggle Schedule Tick. These marks will appear on the Patient Schedule.
