When a visit is canceled, Users are able to choose a cancellation reason. This allows you to analyze cancellation rates in detail, and report those reasons to Workers Comp adjusters/case managers when needed. No-shows are tracked differently, so there is no need to enter a Cancellation Reason of ‘No Show’.
Add Cancellation Reasons:
- Click Administration.
- Select General Information.
- Click Schedule.
- Select Cancellation Reasons.
- Right-click Add.
- Enter the name of your Cancellation Reason.
- Click OK
