Add Appointment Type

  Permissions! Clinic Staff must have: Module Permissions, Administration, Appointment Types Manage in order to manage Appointment Type.

Creating specific appointment types can help with scheduling visits properly: one-on-one versus multiple appointments at once, pool versus land therapy, post-op versus pre-op, etc. Also, it enables therapists to quickly see what is scheduled. Finally, the information is available in reports, providing statistics on the types of visits. Each appointment type can have a different color and default length.

How to add Appointment Type:

1. Click on Administration
2. Select General Information
3. Locate Schedule
4. Click on Appointment Types 
5. Right-click Add
6. Enter the name of your Appointment Type
7. Enter the default duration of the appointment in minutes (example: 60) 
8. Click OK

Select your completed Appointment Type and right-click Set Color to change the color of the appointment and the font color.

You can select the same color twice to make it solid, or two different colors for a gradient effect.
