Add New Patient (Fusion Enterprise)

Users may also add a Patient from the Schedule. See the Add New Patient From Schedule article for more information.

In Fusion Enterprise

1. Click the Patient tab.
2. Select Case.
3. Click New Patient.
4. Click OK.

NOTE: Only First and Last Names are required inputs.
