In the Flow Sheet, Right-click Reset Charges | click OK to delete charges. Then make any changes to any functions as needed (these pull automatically into the Objective portion of the Daily Note). Then right-click Post Charges. You will receive a pop-up letting you know that the Flow Sheet has changed and no longer matches your Daily Note and will ask you to create a corrected copy. Click Yes. It will then ask if you want to delete the original. Click Yes to this as well. You can now also change anything in the Subjective, Assessment or Plan sections and then sign, save and close. Then you will Right-click Post Charges.
I want to make a change to my Flow Sheet Daily Note, but it's already signed. I HAVE already posted the charges though. What do I do?
