This means that at least one function on your Flow Sheet is not linked to a goal. You should see hash-marks on the function of the flow sheet. To fix (if you have goals entered for the patient on a signed/saved Evaluation), right-click Set Exercise Goals and select the goals for the functions. When you are done, the functions should be clear (no hash-marks present).
