The Processing Request (paper shuffle) is a network communication issue often caused when the computer enters Sleep/Hibernation and is awakened.

  1. Update Computer Settings to disable Sleep/Hibernation throughout the day. 
  2. Always Log Out at the end of the day.
  3. If issues persist, restart the router and your computer.
