V4 Active Prescription Check
- Condition: The patient does not have a script covering the current visit and is not marked as Direct Access.
- Action: Displays message to user checking-in patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
V4 Approved Charge Limit
- Condition: Patient has met or exceeded Charge Limit assigned to the primary or secondary policy.
- Action: Displays message to user checking in the patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
V4 Binder Limits
- Condition: Set within the Binder for each limit individually
- Action: Displays message to user checking-in patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
V4 Doctor Appointment
- Condition: The patient does not have another visit prior to their next doctor appointment as set in the Case.
- Action: Displays message to user checking-in patient and Visit Therapist and adds Task for Visit Therapist.
V4 General Info Visit Limit
- Condition: Patient is within 3 or fewer visits of their General Info Visit Limit.
- Action: Displays message to user checking in the patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
V4 No Insurance Not Self-Pay
- Condition: The patient does not have insurance covering this visit and does not have an account type of Self Pay.
- Action: Displays message to user checking-in patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
V4 Policy Visit Limit
- Condition: Patient is within 3 or fewer visits of their primary or secondary insurance policies.
- Action: Displays message to user checking-in patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
V4 Prescription Visits
- Condition: Patient has 1 or fewer visits in the script visit limit (total visits).
- Action: Displays message to user checking-in patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
NOTE: visits subject to more than one script date range will be ignored, as will scripts without a visit limit.
V4 Warning Insurance Terminating
- Condition: The patient's primary or secondary policy will expire within 7 days.
- Action: Displays message to user checking-in patient and adds a Task for User Position of Front Desk.
