The Built-in Roles are not editable, however, users may clone them and make changes to those copies. To create a new role or to clone an existing role

- Click Administration.
- Select Users.
- Right-click the User Administration Dialog and select Edit Roles.
- There are currently about 340 different permissions to choose from for a given role.
- Right-click on the Roles screen and select Clone Role.
- Enter the Name.
- Update the Comment if necessary.
- Click OK.
NOTE: Unlike the Built-In Roles, Created and Cloned Roles will not change with future software updates. Administrators will be responsible for being aware of and updating new permissions.
