Permissions! Clinic Staff must have Module Permissions, Dialogs, or Users assigned in order to manage passwords.
NOTE: If the user enters an incorrect password 3 times, the system will lock them out. After 60 seconds, the system will reset and they may try again.
- Click Administration.
- Select Users.
- Select and highlight User.
- Right-click on the User.
- Click Reset Password.
- Click Yes to reset the User to the default Temporary Password.
Use the Temporary Password to log in. The system will prompt the user to update the password immediately after login.
NOTE: For security compliance, Fusion Enterprise staff cannot reset user passwords without written consent from the owner or admin contact for the clinic. If you are having issues logging in, please contact your admin/Office Manager to reset your password for you. They can do this by following the steps in this article.
