Claim Error: Visit has more than 12 diagnosis (Fusion Enterprise)

Claim Error: Visit has more the 12 diagnosis

FIX:

  1. Right-click on the claim error and select View Transactions.
  2. Select a charge.
  3. Right-click select Edit Charge.
  4. Uncheck diagnosis until you only have 12 or fewer ICD10s linked to the charges. 

You'll have to repeat the steps for all of the charges. 

NOTE: You can have 12 ICD10s in addition to old ICD9s in case
