Claim Error: First Name may not be blank (2310 Provider)      

This is a missing field in your Providers table for that therapist/location.

FIX:

1. Right-click on the claim error and Open Provider Info, it will take you to the exact level of the Provider table that the claim is looking at.
2. The information listed on the right is what pulls to the claim.

You will need to add or edit to fix that missing info.

• Make sure you have the 'U8: Name First' field and a 'value' for that therapist in the Providers table. It's more than likely that you may also be missing the provider's last name and other info as well.
