Claim Error: Missing Prior Payer Adjudication information (243_SVD_05Line Adjudication Information)
Prior adjudication information is the posting of the payment from the primary Carrier.
FIX:

Is the primary payment posted?
Select the claim error and right-click View Transactions to check

If so, is the Carrier in the Transactions screen the same Carrier that is in the patient policy tab?
Right-click Open Case | select the Policies tab | select the primary carrier | right-click Open Carrier. This will take you to the exact carrier this policy is linked to.
Note: If you have your carrier table filtered, you will need to clear the filters and Open Carrier from the policy in the case again.

Or, is it in the same Carrier Group that the patient's Carrier is in?
Check the exact carrier in the Transaction screen that the posted primary payment is linked to and compare that to the exact carrier that the policy is linked to.
