Claim Error: F8 may not be blank (2300_Ref_02 original Reference Number)

Claim Error: F8 may not be blank (2300_Ref_02 original Reference Number) 

When you are sending a corrected claim they want the original reference number/claim number from the original EOB. You will need to add this to your Visit Auxiliary Info in Transactions.

FIX:

1. Right-click on the claim error and View Transactions.
2. Select the visit being corrected.
3. Right-click Edit Visit Auxiliary info.
4. Right-click, Add and then select Original Reference Number and enter value.
