Claim Error: Charges have no diagnosis
FIX:
- Right-click on claim error and View Transactions.
- This will take you to the patient's transactions screen.
- Select the correct DOS.
- Select a charge.
- Right-click select Edit Charge and check the diagnosis that you need to link to the charges.
You'll have to repeat the steps for all of the charges for that DOS to clear the claim error.
