Form Designer Option: Add in Patient Age

To add in the Patient's Age:

1. Select Auto Fill from the Toolbox on the left-hand side.
2. Select Biographical (your cursor will turn into a +) and then click where you want that box to be.
3. On the Properties panel on the right-hand side, change (under Bio) IncludeAge to True and change IncludeName to False.
4. Also on the Properties panel, add in a unique, one-word Tag (such as "Age"). 
5. Under Behavior, set RollupLevel to Summary.
