Adjusting the visit balance allows you, in one action, to adjust all charges for a given visit to a set amount.
The following dialog is used to accomplish this:
For example, assume a patient has a hardship, and you wanted to adjust his total balance for the visit to $25.00, and set the adjustment reason to Patient Hardship, and Fusion Enterprise would go through each line item and make the necessary adjustment so that the end balance was $25.00.
