Introduction to Details: Visit Details
The following table will show all of the items shown in the Visit Detail box:
| Visit Date | Date and time of the currently selected visit. |
| Appointment Type | Type of the currently selected visit, as shown on the schedule. |
| Duration | Duration of the currently selected visit. |
| Number | Shows the visit number of the currently selected visit. |
| Est Pmt Schedule | Shows EPS amount for the currently selected visit. |
| Clinic Attended | The Clinic for which the currently selected visit was scheduled. This may be different than the Clinic assigned in the patient's case. |
| Treating Therapist | The therapist on whose schedule the currently selected visit was scheduled in. |
| Units | Total units charged for the currently selected visit. |
| Charges | The total dollar amount charged for the currently selected visit. |
| Payments | Total payments applied to the currently selected visit. |
| Adjustments | Total adjustments made on the currently selected visit. |
| Balance | Balance remaining for the currently selected visit. |
| Insurance Charges | The total amount of charges marked as Insurance Billable (in Administration > General Information > Charge Codes) for the currently selected. |
| Non-Insurance Charges | The total amount of charges NOT marked as Insurance Billable (in Administration > General Information > Charge Codes) for the currently selected. |
| Insurance Payments | Total payments made by the insurance for the currently selected visit. |
| Patient Payments | Total patient payments applied to the currently selected visit. |
| Invoice State | Invoice State of the currently selected visit. |
| Doc Level | Doc Level of the currently selected visit. |
| Last Claim Date | Date of the last claim generated for the currently selected visit. |
| Visit Note | Displays Yes/No indicating whether or not a visit note is present. |
| Primary Carrier | The common name of the primary carrier for the currently selected visit. |
| Primary Insured ID | Insured ID for the primary policy as entered in the patient's case for the currently selected visit. |
| Secondary Carrier | The common name of the secondary carrier for the currently selected visit. |
| Secondary Insured ID | Insured ID for the secondary policy as entered in the patient's case for the currently selected visit. |
