In Fusion Enterprise, typically Rollups are only linked to Evaluation forms. The purpose of Rollups is to take a long Evaluation and roll it up into a short summary of the Eval, dropping off anything that was not filled out on the form or to capture just the necessary information for a Plan of Care. Rollups are mailmerge documents.
There are two types of Rollups:
- Full Rollups: (Each body-part evaluation would have its own Full Rollup since the Objective section is specific to that body part.)
- POC/Summary Rollups: (These fulfill the requirements for a Plan of Care. They are formatted closer to a letter style and are close to 1 page in length. These rollups can be used across multiple body-part evaluations since they pull common information, including Assessment, Goals, Interventions/Rationales, and Frequency/Duration. These rollups do not pull any Objective or Subjective information.)

NOTES: - The Plan of Care and Summary Rollups are intended to work with all standard PT and OT Evaluations. These do not include any Objective information making them more universal.
- This excludes Peds and Specialty Evaluations.
- Daily Notes, Functional Outcome forms, and Case forms do not typically have Rollups since these forms are usually short and would not need to be condensed.
