Permissions! Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Billing Assistant, Front Office, or Operations Manager Permissions assigned in order to manage Transactions.

Menu Options: Add Adjustment Transaction
Add Adjustment Transaction allows you to enter an adjustment without tying the transaction to a specific payment.
The dialog is very similar to the Add Transaction dialog except for the Payment entry box and Payment list have been disabled.
