Permissions! Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Billing Assistant, Front Office, Front Office Assistant, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, Therapy Student, or Therapy Technician Permissions assigned in order to manage Schedule.

The Schedule Display: Annotations
The last visual item on the schedule is the Annotations. These are simply ‘post it’ style notes that can be put onto the schedule. They are not reported on, they are not tracked and they are visible to anyone that can see the schedule.
These appear on the schedule as shown here:
The schedule will display as much of the annotation as possible, but the entire note can be viewed in the Information Panel at the top of the screen. Annotations can be color-coded just like appointment types and work hour types.
