Permissions! Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Billing Assistant, Front Office, Front Office Assistant, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, Therapy Student, or Therapy Technician Permissions assigned in order to manage Schedule.

The Menus: Print Menu
The print menu is a sub-menu off of the main menu and provides various printing options.
Prints the schedule as an image.
Opens up a sub-menu and allows the printing of the therapist schedule for the given day in a textual format rather than a graphical one. This report shows the day’s schedule as well as the visit note from the previous visit. The As Image option allows printing a graphical schedule that shows the schedule for all or one therapist for a given time range. The Full Week option allows printing for the entire week, instead of a single day.
Patient Charge Sheets
Allows you to define and print a patient charge sheet. These work in the same fashion as Form Letters. This option will print a charge sheet for each patient on the selected day. This option is useful for clinics that like to have the therapist fill in a charge sheet while they are seeing the patient.
