Working With The Schedule: Adding Editing Annotations
Annotations are notes that may be placed on the schedule. Right-click on the schedule where you would like the annotation and select Annotation -> Add Annotation from the menu and you will be presented with the following dialog:
Here you can specify the date, time, and duration of the override (this was picked up based on where you right-clicked the schedule). You may also specify which therapist or resource gets the note, the note type (as defined in General Information | Schedule | Annotations) as well as a note.
The schedule will attempt to display as much of the note as it can on the schedule itself and the entire note will be visible in the Information Panel at the top of the schedule when you click on the annotation.
Annotations can also be copied like visits and overrides.
