Permissions! Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Manager, Clinical Director, Front Office, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, or Therapy Student Permissions assigned in order to manage Case Info.

Other Case Info: Custom Info Tab
The custom information tab allows you to create fields that we may have left off that you may feel are important for your operation. For example, say you wanted to add the date a re-evaluation is due for the patient. In the rest of the Case, we do not have a place for this information to sit. In the Administration > General Information screen you could add a ReEval Due Date field to Case Custom Info and a field for ReEval Due Date would appear in every case and could be filled in by your personnel.
Choosing Edit to add information simply select the value and type directly into the grid. You are allowed an unlimited number of Custom Info fields.
When you right-click with the Custom Info tab selected, the following menu will appear:
Selecting Edit Custom Info will bring up the following dialog:
Checking a box in the Case Flags section will cause a timestamp to appear in the window once closed. You can edit the Value directly in Custom Information.
