This series of introductory articles will cover the essential aspects of managing the Patient Portal features with Fusion Enterprise.
Patient Portal: Paperwork
The paperwork tab is where a patient would go to fill out the paperwork forms that you have assigned to their case.
The patient clicks on a form and presses the Select button. The patient can then choose the form and fill it out. When filling out a form the patient has the option to either Finalize the form OR Finish Later. A form that is not complete shows up in the list with (In Progress) after the name of the form.
