We have designed the actual documentation to be as customizable as possible. Working with the Charges and Documentation Dialog
The Charges and Documentation screen is divided into two halves. The left half contains the retrieval filter, which pulls a list of visits that meet a certain criteria (i.e. needing notes or charges). The right half contains the information concerning the currently selected visit.
