Permissions! Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Assistant, Billing Manager, Clinical Director, Front Office, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, or Therapy Student assigned in order to manage some of the features in Charges & Documentation.
Fusion Enterprise understands that managing all of your cases is a critical function of any practice. We have created Fusion Enterprise to not only be easy to use, but also allow any therapist to be able to sit down and with very little instruction be able to complete an evaluation or a daily note. We have designed the actual documentation to be as customizable as possible. This series of introductory articles will cover the essential aspects of the Charges & Documentation with Fusion Enterprise.
Charges may be entered manually or automatically from the Flow Sheet (Covered in the Flow Sheet chapter). When you select Add/Edit Charge from the Charges panel menu a new dialog opens which allows you to add and edit the charges.
NOTE: The visit you want to apply charges to must be selected in the Visit List in the left-hand panel.
The dialog is divided into two halves. The left half contains the list of charges that are going to be added to the visit we are working with. When the dialog has first opened this list should be blank. If you are editing charges then it will be populated with the charges that are currently associated with the visit.
The right half contains the charge code selector.
