Adding Charges: Favorites Tab

  Permissions! Clinic Staff must have Administrator, Billing Assistant, Billing Manager, Clinical Director, Front Office, Operations Manager, PTA, Staff Therapist, or Therapy Student assigned in order to manage some of the features in Charges & Documentation.

Fusion Enterprise understands that managing all of your cases is a critical function of any practice. We have created Fusion Enterprise to not only be easy to use, but also allow any therapist to be able to sit down and with very little instruction be able to complete an evaluation or a daily note. We have designed the actual documentation to be as customizable as possible. This series of introductory articles will cover the essential aspects of the Charges & Documentation with Fusion Enterprise.

Favorites Tab

The second tab is the Favorites tab. It is possible to set up a list of codes and create and name your own category.

This panel works in much the same way as the Charge List tab. The drop-down allows you to select between your different favorites lists. The (+) to the right of the drop-down adds the entire list to the currently selected visit.

The codes themselves now show a number in place of the (+). This represents the number of units you will get.  Clicking on the numbered button adds the code to the current visit.
