Fusion Enterprise understands that managing all of your cases is a critical function of any practice. We have created Fusion Enterprise to be easy to use and allow any therapist to be able to sit down and with very little instruction be able to complete an evaluation or a daily note. We have designed the actual documentation to be as customizable as possible. This series of introductory articles will cover the essential aspects of the Therapist Documentation with Fusion Enterprise.
The Roll-Up feature allows you to summarize the evaluation into a letter. Fusion Enterprise currently ships with six different roll-up letters, Plan of Care, Plan of Care Recertification, Plan of Care Discharge, Evaluation Summary, Reevaluation, and Discharge Summary.
To produce a roll-up, open up a completed or saved evaluation form and select Roll Up | Select Template which will open the following dialog:
After the roll-up is created, it will be saved to the case. Setting the Attachment Name at the bottom of the dialog dictates the name it is saved with.
After selecting Ok, Fusion Enterprise will launch Microsoft Word (Version 10 or later) and perform the merge. After the merge is complete, a copy will be saved in the case, and the roll-up will be displayed in Microsoft Word.
These roll-ups may also be customized from the Administration | General Information dialog.
