Fusion Enterprise understands that managing all of your cases is a critical function of any practice. We have created Fusion Enterprise to not only be easy to use, but also allow any therapist to be able to sit down and with very little instruction be able to complete an evaluation or a daily note. We have designed the actual documentation to be as customizable as possible. This series of introductory articles will cover the essential aspects of the Flow Sheet in Fusion Enterprise.
Other Features
There are two other features of the Flow Sheet that have not been covered up to this point. Set Exercise Goals and Set Color.
Set Color is for internal notation. It was a feature that was added at the request of various therapists after the initial release of the Flow Sheet. It allows you to ‘highlight’ an exercise. Maybe you want to put it on hold or want to highlight a major change in the parameters. What the colors mean and how they are used is up to you and your organization. In terms of the Flow Sheet and the documentation, they hold no real meaning so use them as you see fit.
The above screenshot shows 5 functions and the 5 colors that are available to you. Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Pink. These can be set in two different ways. Right-click on a function and select Set Color -> Color Choice or double click a function and from the function editor you will see a button in the bottom right that says ‘Set Color’.
The second feature, which also was added after the initial release, is the Set Exercise Goals.
On the first visit or two when you are setting up your Flow Sheet you may want to associate all of your functions with all of the goals from your Evaluation. Instead of opening up each function individually you can right-click and use the ‘Set Exercise Goals’ dialog. This can also be used in future visits but has the most benefit in the first few visits.
This dialog shows a list of goals with your functions listed under them:
There are 3 ways to associate a Function with a Goal on this screen.
- Click on
or
the box next to each individual function under each goal.
- Click on the
in the top right corner of the Goal and it will select or deselect ALL functions for that particular
- Lastly, you may click on the
at the bottom of the screen and it will select ALL functions for ALL
