The first time claims are generated from within Clinic Controller, a folder is created on your desktop to store the claim files. It is titled 'My CC Claim Output'. Should you need to direct those files to a different folder on a different drive, or if you are supporting claim submissions for multiple clinics, you can direct the claim files to a different location via File > Preferences.
Set Claim File Path
- In Fusion Enterprise click File → Preferences.
- Select the ... next to Claim Output Folder.
- Enter a new file path and click OK.
NOTE: This will not move claim files that have been previously output. It will only re-directly new claims files that are created after this change.
