Clinic Resources by Clinic
Once you have created a resource you can assign them to a clinic or clinics. Typically a resource will belong to a single clinic. Depending on how you use them you may find you have resources that are shared between clinics.
This section allows you to select a clinic and then check off all the resources that belong to that clinic.
Clinic Resources by Resource
Once you have created a resource you can assign them to a clinic or clinics. Typically a resource will belong to a single clinic. Depending on how you use them you may find you have resources that are shared between clinics.
This section allows you to select a resource and check off all the clinics that belong to that resource. While this seems redundant with the section before this one, sometimes it is easier to look at a resource rather than a clinic.
Resources
Resources show on the schedule like a therapist. Typically these are things like private treatment rooms, exclusive equipment or possibly technicians or aides.
Once a patient is scheduled with a therapist they may also be scheduled with a resource. Resources have working hours just like therapists and can be reported on in the same ways.
To add or delete a resource use the right-click menu and select Add, Edit or Delete. Deleting a resource will remove them from the list and keep them from being used in the future but it will not destory past visits and data.
Symbols
Symbols are used on the schedule on the patient appointments. There are two different symbols that can appear on an appointment, the Case Symbol and the Visit Symbol. Each case can have 1 symbol that will appear on every visit, while each visit can have its own unique symbol.
The symbols are WingDing fonts and afford a wide range of symbols, numbers, and letters. How you use these is entirely up to you. They are not reported on, nor are they tracked. They are provided to allow the user to flag a visit or case and have it appear on the schedule.
To add or edit a Symbol right-click and select Add or Edit from the menu.
You can then select whether the symbol is a Case Symbol or Visit Symbol, select the symbol from the drop-down list, and then give it a short description. This description will show in the schedule key and on the patient case.
Waiting List Reasons
When a patient drops off the Waiting List, either by being scheduled, expiring or being manually deleted a record will be created and given a Waiting List Reason. If you manually delete a patient off the waiting list you will be prompted for a reason. This is where you create those reasons.
To add or edit a reason, right-click and select Add or Edit from the menu. You may also delete reasons you no longer wish people to use.
