Jump to Section [Clinic Therapists] [Marketing Resources] [Therapists] [Titles] [User Positions]
Clinic Therapists
The Clinic Therapists table allows you to control which therapists are associated (linked) with which clinics. This association affects your User Permissions. In a multi-clinic environment, if a user does not have permission to view all clinics, they will only be able to see the therapists assigned to the clinics they have permission to view. Therefore, a user who has permission to see Clinic A will only see Therapists who are associated with Clinic A, as set in this table.
You can manually check the boxes to associate a Therapist with a Clinic. Right-clicking also gives you the following options:
Clinic Therapist Menu

Marketing Resources
In Fusion Enterprise, it is possible to define a Marketing Resource, which is then assigned to a case. The Marketing Resource can be assigned a flat rate and/or a percentage. These numbers can then be used to calculate bonuses or salaries for marketing and sales personnel.
Right-clicking the list provides you with the following menu:

The capacity and workload can be a bit confusing. On the schedule is a loading line (if this option is turned on) that displays the workload of a particular therapist. Each appointment type is assigned a Loading value.
The following example explains how the appointment loading value works together with Therapist Capacity:
Assume you have an appointment type of ‘Orthopedic Exercise’ with a loading value of 25. Also assume you have two therapists, Jack and Jill. Jill has been with your facility for quite some time and has a capacity level of 100. Jack is a new graduate, and you want to make sure you break him in easy. His capacity is set to 50. If Jack has 2 Orthopedic Exercise visits on his schedule his loading line will show 100%. If Jill has 2 Orthopedic Exercise visits on her schedule her schedule will show as 50%. This allows you to build appointment types around the average therapist at your facility and then tweak the capacity levels of therapists that are above or below average. The schedule does not prevent you from scheduling someone for more than 100%. Thus, if a New Evaluation had a loading capacity of 100, Jill would be loaded to 100% and Jack would be loaded to 200%. In the eyes of the schedule, both would be loaded to full capacity and the loading line would show as Red. |
Having independent capacities allows you to tune the loading lines for each therapist. In practice, we have found using only 1 or 2 values here keeps things much simpler for the person doing the scheduling.
There are several ways to add a signature.
In the right-click menu, you can select Add From File or Capture from Image. If you have a scanned file already available and is in the correct aspect ratio, then simply use Add From File. The second and easiest method is to Capture from Image. After you scan an image and save it to a file, load that image using the Capture from Image command. This will bring up Capture Therapist Signature dialog.
Pressing Load Image will allow you to load your scanned image into the dialog. After the image is loaded, you can then click and drag on the image to create a ‘capture box’ around the signature.
After you are satisfied with the signature, you select Capture, and the signature will be saved to the therapist.
Deactivating a therapist is accomplished by clicking Deactivate.
IMPORTANT: DEACTIVATING A THERAPIST HAS A SYSTEM-WIDE IMPACT. This action is not to be used for the correction of a misspelled name. If you have any questions about whether or not to delete a therapist, please contact Fusion Enterprise for consultation PRIOR to deleting. You can not reverse this action.
Titles
Titles may be added using the User Titles section.
Right-clicking the grid allows you to add, edit and delete titles. The titles of None and Office Manager are reserved and may not be edited or deleted.
User Positions
User Positions are used by the Alert system to alert a user to various tasks. For example, an expired prescription for a patient may alert the Office Manager at the Clinic where the patient is being treated.
The grid allows us to assign a position and location for each user.
Each user in the system will display in the grid and the information can be edited via the right-click menu. To create more titles for your organization see the User Titles section.
